Before you place your order, we encourage you to review our ordering policies, our product return policies, as as well as the following important information:

Products are not returnable.
Products are shipped by UPS and/or Postal Service - unless requested otherwise.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2nd day shipping service is NOT available from our location.
Listed Prices are in US currency and do not include S&H charge and applicable taxes.
Payments are processed exclusively on secure On-Line Payment Processing system, which will require Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater.

Instructions:

Complete the this Product Order Form.
In 24 - 48 hours, you will receive an email message from Ozone Services containing:
- an invoice with applicable taxes and S&H charges for delivery to address you specified in the submitted Product Order Form.
- a link to payment processing page. There is no need for you to have any special account as the payment(s) can be completed using VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.
Go to the payment processing page and pay for your order. After your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email message that the payment was processed by the system.
We will automatically receive a notification of payment and your order will be processed & shipped.

Ozone Generator Information:
If ordering peripheral devices and supplies for ozone generator(s), we require that you specify the model and serial number of your ozone unit along with type of the fittings used. Orders for ozone generator peripherals with ozone generator information missing, and orders of the peripherals for ozone generators not produced by our company will be automatically rejected.
